Metoclopramid zur Steigerung der Laktation?

Frage: Metoclopramid wird therapeutisch primär als Antiemetikum bei Übelkeit und Erbrechen bzw. zur Behandlung von Motilitätsstörungen des Gastrointestinaltraktes eingesetzt. Außerdem führt die Gabe des Medikaments zu einer Erhöhung der Prolaktinsekretion. Kann dieser Effekt in der Stillzeit zur Steigerung der Laktation eingesetzt werden?
